My objective is to show the expanding city life, from the incessant traffic to the decrepit park benches and dirty subway. My short film takes the audience on a tour of the city from the perspective of a newcomer. The genuine picture of the city reveals how many individuals are trapped in the rush of a busy city, overpowered by loud noises and a fast-paced environment. The film is significant because it depicts real-life events in the city and views a range of locations that you might not see on a typical day. In order to capture the audience's interest, I aim to portray a sense of cinematic style that varies between warm, bright footage and somber pictures of everyday life.
